Emergency Underwater Boat Repair Epoxy - Without it your boat is at risk!

The difference between your boat sinking at sea or in its slip and not sinking can be as simple as having an underwater epoxy paste and some fiberglass cloth on hand. Hull damage, leaks or a sinking can happen anywhere, any time, risking your life, the lives of your crew and the loss of the boat. Even if you are not sinking, an underwater epoxy paste doesn't have to be used underwater. Epoxy seal electrical connections, re-attach or re-bond wood trim, loose fittings, chipped wood or fiberglass. Repair broken hardware.

USER COMMENTS

(You can see from all the positive feedback that customers often buy additional units after their initial project "just to keep on hand.")

Paul:

Please allow me to thank you for your recent help regarding an underwater epoxy repair to take place at one of the many tanks at the ZZZ State Aquarium in ZZZZ. The work turned out to be a stunning success!

After receiving your recommended epoxy for the job one day earlier than we had expected (it arrived Wednesday instead of Thursday), our team of four commercial divers quickly assembled and headed to the Aquarium. This gave us one more day to perform our work.

We had purchased enough epoxy from you to test prior to completing the job, which was a great idea. It took us several batches before we were able to create a perfect match to the concrete interior of the tank. Once this was done and the formula perfected, our end result was a virtually invisible repair that was simply shocking to Aquarium personnel. In fact, when the President of the corporation that owns the Aquarium saw our work, he was unable to find the repairs... A true testament to your excellent advice and your wonderful products!

After considering this all weekend, we have decided to keep it a proprietary secret how we managed to create such a visually perfect repair... However, your advice - and two "accidents" with the epoxy (not to mention a tremendous amount of physical labor and many hours under water) - was the true secret to the success of the job.

We are amazingly pleased with the outcome, as is our direct client, the ZZZ Aquarium, it's volunteers and employees, and even one of our co-contractors. Everyone was impressed. To the best of my knowledge, this has never been successfully done before. This puts Deep South Divers at a considerable competitive advantage when it comes to underwater cosmetic repairs of public aquariums, water parks, and the like. I am confident that we will be considered "the" experts on the underwater repairs of such facilities in the future.

Thank you very much! We definitely will be doing more business with you - and are looking forward to it!

"This product saved my boat a year ago (underwater leak) and I used it for several other projects. Time for more. Thanks." -- Gary 8/2010

"Hi Just to let you know I used the sample Wet/ Dry kit and it did a great job fixing my problem. Had the boat in the water for 5 days and not a drop of water leaked in.    Thanks Russ"

Do you have a product that I can apply over a small area about 4" square with a small pin hole leak that stays wet. The boat is on a trailer.   Thanks Russ"

"Paul, I purchased a two part epoxy from you about a year ago to patch the bottom of a boat. The boat was in the water. It still is holding up great!"

"The Wet Dry 700 epoxy paste worked great for patching for the rotted dingy transom. I cut out the rot, fitted new oak pieces, and patched with the Wet Dry 700 epoxy. Easy as pie." -- John 1/15

"The stuff mentioned is Wet Dry 700... Among other things, I rebuilt a coffee mug handle, filling a gap in the handle where the ceramic was shattered. The repair has survived hundreds of trips through the dishwasher, a hot, wet, strongly alkaline temperature cycle test that will destroy most of the epoxies we use. If I ever need a really hard, chemical and heat resistant paste epoxy, this is high on my list."

Jeff (1/2013)

"I cannot believe how incredible this Wet Dry 700 is. It's revolutionary. The original repair to my storm shelter would have lasted years if the shelter would just stop shifting around in the ground. DON'T STOP SELLING THIS STUFF!"

"The Wet-Dry 700 is the best thing we’ve found for our purposes – it sticks to everything and stays on forever! We have used it for attaching our test samples for exterior exposure that have been out for 4 years and have not shown any sign of deterioration!" -- Katherine 7/2018

"I feel that any person taking a boat to sea anywhere, anytime, should carry your product aboard and know how to apply it. If I can assist you in distributing or advertising your product, I am more than happy to do so." (Wet Dry 700 and/or Corro Coat FC 2100 A - keep 1 - 2 gallons onboard if you venture offshore)
